Last Saturday, February 23, Bateria do Instituto TIM entertained the small revelers of Mini Bloco, a children’s pre-Carnival block of the Tijuca neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro-RJ. This Saturday, February 23, Bateria do Instituto TIM will entertain the small revelers of Mini Bloco, a children’s pre-Carnival block of the Tijuca neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro-RJ. On December 2nd, the Bateria do Instituto TIM (Instituto TIM Drumming Band) ended the 2017 activities in style: with a presentation at the opening of the Tiradentes Cultural event. From 2013 to 2016, the project Agentes da Transformação, carried out by Instituto TIM in partnership with Instituto Pereira Passos, collected data about young people from all communities with Pacifying Police Units of Rio de Janeiro-RJ. Rio Operations Center (COR) started to work in partnership with the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Department of Health to optimize the processes of monitoring and fighting Aedes aegypti mosquito in the municipality. ZUP RIO in inspections against Aedes aegypti

The ZUP RIO platform, a ZUP (Participatory Urban Governance) deployment in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), is currently being used in an action to fight the Aedes aegypti mosquito in the municipality.
