The 2nd Academic Working Capital training for teachers of State Technical Schools (Etecs) and Technology Colleges (Fatecs) was held on May 23rd. On the second day of Workshop I held by the Academic Working Capital program in 2016, participants discussed the importance of understanding one’s users.
